| Rhonda joined Baker & Affiliates in 2014 as a commercial customer service representative and works primarily with our condominium and townhome homeowner association and property management clients. Rhonda's 22 years of insurance industry experience includes working for two major insurance companies where she served as a brokerage assistant and a commercial underwriter for specialty products. Rhonda holds both the ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative) and the CISR (Certified Insurance Sales Representative) designations. |
